Pricing
I believe that transformative coaching and mentoring should be accessible to everyone. Whether you are an individual or part of an organisation, the fees are determined using a sliding scale model that reflects your financial circumstances.
Each new coaching and mentoring relationship begins with a free 30-minute chemistry call - a chance for us to get to know each other, explore what you're looking for, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
For Individuals
Clients are invited to participate in coaching and mentoring sessions at a rate that corresponds to their annual income. I do not attempt to verify a client's annual income and thus our relationship relies on trust from the get-go. Please review the following income brackets to determine your coaching session rate:
Under £30,000: £30
£30,000 - £39,900: £40
£40,000 - £49,000: £50
£50,000+: £60
If you are unemployed with limited access to resources, I am happy to coach you for free.
For Organisations
Organisations seeking to provide coaching for their team are charged based on their annual turnover. Verification of turnover may be requested through financial statements or annual reports. Please review the following table to determine the coaching session rate (per session per team member) based on your organisation’s annual turnover:
Under £500,000: £40
£500,000 - £1m: £50
£1m+: £60
Organisations that are entirely voluntary-led are invited to apply for free coaching and mentoring.
