Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Effective date: 18/09/2025

​At The Frontline Coach, I value clarity, fairness, and mutual respect in all coaching and mentoring relationships. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for sessions and packages.

1. One-to-One Sessions
  • You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, at my discretion.

  • If I need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will offer alternative times or a full refund.

2. Coaching & Mentoring Packages
  • If you purchase a multi-session package, you may request a refund for unused sessions within 14 days of the initial purchase, minus the cost of any sessions already delivered.

  • After 14 days, refunds are not guaranteed, but I will always approach requests with fairness and compassion.

3. No-Shows
  • If you miss a scheduled session without notice, it may be considered non-refundable and forfeited.

  • I understand that emergencies happen - if you're unwell or facing exceptional circumstances, please reach out and we’ll find a solution.

4. Group Programmes or Workshops
  • Refund terms for group offerings will be specified separately for each programme. Generally:

    • A full refund is available up to 7 days before the start date

    • No refunds are offered once the programme has begun, except in exceptional circumstances

5. Technical or Platform Issues
  • If a session is disrupted due to a technical failure on my side, I will offer to reschedule at no additional cost.
