2. Coaching and Mentoring Services

The Frontline Coach offers coaching and mentoring services for individuals and organisations, focused on personal and professional growth.

Sessions are non-clinical and non-diagnostic
You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes

No guarantees are made regarding specific results, as outcomes depend on individual circumstances and engagement.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Services are offered under private agreement and confirmed via email or booking tool
Payment terms (currency, method, timing) are shared in advance
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

For organisational clients, tailored terms may apply and will be agreed separately.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching and mentoring conversations are treated as confidential. Any records or notes are securely stored and will not be shared without your consent, except in circumstances where:

Disclosure is required by law
There is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else

Organisational clients may receive agreed-upon feedback summaries if included in the contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, downloads, and materials — is the intellectual property of The Frontline Coach (Jonny Willis), unless otherwise stated.
